On-location shoots: agree this first
A shop, a kitchen, or a street. The address, the hours, and who is allowed to be in frame belong in the offer.
An on-location job fails in the small print. Who opens the shop. What time the light is usable. Whether customers may be filmed. Whether the creator is paid for the trip if the power is out and you reschedule.
The offer has a place for a location. Use it. A pin in a chat the morning of the shoot is how people miss each other. The creator is travelling on your clock. The price should reflect that, not just the seconds of footage.
If the location is a private home, say so. Creators can decline. Declining is free and does not require them to be live. Accepting does. Do not pressure a hidden profile to show up anyway. They are hidden because they are not hireable yet.
